1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of unfurlly.com, our live demo and our phone line (together, the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

"Unfurlly", "we" and "us" mean Unfurlly. "You" means you, and the business you represent if you use the site for work.

2. Our services

Unfurlly designs, builds and runs AI automation for businesses. Nothing on the site is an offer. Any work we do for you, including scope, pricing, trial periods, timelines and support, is set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Descriptions of our services on the site are general. Results depend on your business, and we don't promise any particular outcome unless we agree it in writing.

3. The live demo

• The live demo is provided so you can evaluate our AI. It uses a sample clinic. Appointments made with it are not real.
• Demo calls are recorded and transcribed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• AI can make mistakes. Nothing said by our AI is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• Don't share real health information, payment details or other sensitive information during a demo.
• We may limit, change or stop the demo at any time, including how many calls can be made.

4. Booking a call

When you book a call with us, through the site, the demo or our phone line, you agree to give accurate contact details. Please let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent;
• try to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems;
• use automated tools to call the demo, scrape the site, or extract our prompts, content or data;
• impersonate anyone or submit false information.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, logos, the Unfurlly name and our AI agents, belong to Unfurlly or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

The site relies on and links to third-party services, such as Google Calendar for bookings. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The site and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Unfurlly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the demo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability for our paid services is governed by the agreement for those services.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
